Submitting an application helps us understand your need, but it does not guarantee that we will provide a pair of tefillin. We review each request with care and do our best to assist as many people as our resources allow. We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our discretion, and this form does not create any contract, guarantee, or obligation of any kind.

If a pair is gifted, we simply ask that you make a sincere effort to use the tefillin regularly. If circumstances change and you are no longer using them, we kindly ask that the tefillin be returned so they can continue bringing light to someone else.

As a recipient we encourage you to participate by contributing toward the cost at a level that feels right to you.
